Oscar Oduor

Oscar Oduor is a member of the Board of Trustees and serves as CELSIR’s Legal Support Affairs Coordinator (LeSAC). He is also the founder of Oduor Munyua and Gerald (OMG) Attorneys at Law.

With over eight years of experience in criminal litigation, Oscar has built a strong practice in capital defence, criminal misdemeanors, and strategic litigation aimed at advancing the rule of law and criminal justice reform.

He has been active in human rights campaigns against extrajudicial executions and remains deeply committed to the dignity and rights of every person. His work includes pro bono legal representation for indigent clients facing capital and non-capital offences.

At CELSIR, he has contributed to criminal justice reform initiatives and correctional-centre decongestion projects, applying strategic litigation to expand access to justice for vulnerable and incarcerated populations.
