Annette Cheruto

Annette Cheruto is CELSIR’s Programs and Operations Director and brings legal, operational, and program-management experience into the organization’s day-to-day execution.

She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, an arbitrator, and a member of the Law Society of Kenya, with experience across project administration, donor-funded programming, monitoring, reporting, and operational coordination.

Her background also includes work to increase demand for judicial services and support vulnerable communities, giving her a strong practical and humanitarian lens in building efficient, justice-focused programs.
