James Meli is the Director of Religious Services, Mediation, Counselling and Wellness at CELSIR, supporting the emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial dimensions of rehabilitation and reintegration.
He is an accomplished mediator, counselor, and climate change advocate with academic training in agricultural economics and environmental economics, postgraduate certifications in mediation and counseling, and pastoral leadership within the African Inland Church.
As a registered counselor, James is committed to mental wellness and regularly supports incarcerated persons through counseling and reintegration-oriented care.
